Landis: Just Watch Me

Coming Summer, 2022

In partnership with Challenged Athletes Foundation and Major League Baseball, comes the inspiring true story of Landis Sims, a 15-year old baseball player born with a quad-congenital limb deficiency, meaning he is missing both hands and feet. Witness Landis over 8 years, as he tackles his goal of making his Varsity team with guidance from some of Major League Baseball’s best, including pitcherJoe Musgrove, Manager Joe Girardi and former infielder, Hernan Iribarren, as well as the heroic Wounded Warriors. With no hands, no feet and no limits, Landis: Just Watch Me will have you cheering and ready to step away from the sidelines to face your own challenges.

bmc.media’s Pete Brown served as Lead Writer/Producer on this film.

Let Them Play

Former Major League Baseball player Eric Byrnes swam, biked and ran his way across the country to bring attention to the youth inactivity pandemic.

We were lead writers, producers and post-production supervisors for the project, which included a feature-length film and multiple shorts for the Let Them Play foundation website and social channels.

bmc.media’s Pete Brown served as Lead Writer/Producer on this film, and managed postproduction of all social media videos and supportive assets.

Part of the social media content strategy during the Triathlon Across America was rapidly producing short videos that highlighted the charitable message and the challenges of the project.

We produced 15 short like this across 12 weeks. Many became the basis for sequences in the final feature-length film itself.

We provided narrative design, in-field production support and directing for this innovative blend of television and gaming edu-tainment.

Kinect Nat Geo TV is a brilliant blend of realistic TV and fanciful games that teach as they entertain...4/4 stars.
— USA Today
I wholeheartedly recommend Kinect Nat Geo TV if you have pre-teens - or frankly anyone in your house - who’s interested in learning about nature through one of the most innovative pieces of edutainment I’ve ever come across. 100/100
— Daily Game
The production values are consistently impressive, and we’ve learned at least six new things about bears. You can’t say that about Gears of War 3
— Xbox Magazine

Kinect Nat Geo TV mixes family TV night with family game night by combining Kinect's "reach in and explore" interactivity with content from Nat Geo WILD. Solve mystifying puzzles, learn about the natural environment, get to know exotic animals and get inspired to care for the planet.
